Chance me, please! I hate to do this again, but...

Hey everyone. I've been using this website for long enough to know that "chance me" threads are pretty much useless, so I haven't done one in a while. However, now that I've scheduled interviews and come up with a final list of schools to apply to, I would like to have any opinions on whether or not I could possibly be accepted to any of these schools. I'm applying to Lawrenceville, Deerfield, St. George's, Blair, and the Hill School. Here are my stats:

(I'm an 8th grader, applying for 9th grade and I will be applying for financial aid - my parents are willing to pay up to $15 thousand per year, but they could theoretically squeeze around $20 thousand per year. So I would need at least $35 thousand in financial aid... ouch, I know!)

Academics -
My school only has 1 advanced class, which is math, and I am in that class. We are doing Algebra 1 and we are starting Algebra 2 in January. So far my test/quiz averages are:

English: N/A (no tests yet, only papers and projects)
Latin: 102% (extra credit)
Science: 97%
Math: 95%
History: 100%

I have gotten straight As with the occasional B on my report cards since 5th grade.

I won 1st place overall in a large writing competition in 6th grade - there were thousands of entries in grades 6th through 8th. I also won two magna cum laude awards at another large competition - 1 for a short story I wrote and another for a dress I made. Lastly, I won an award at my dance studio (we have over 1,000 students) for effort and dedication.

Extra-Curriculars:

Dance - 5 hours per week. I've been doing it since I was 3 years old and was on a competitive dance team until I had to stop due to the course load at my school.
Guitar - Since 5th grade.
Vocals - I have been a leading soloist in my school chorus since 5th grade (my middle school starts in 5th grade, so that's why I started a lot of things then!) I also take weekly singing lessons
Acting - I am going to audition for my school play. Hopefully I'll get a lead! But I won't count on that, because there's no way to really predict the future.
Field Hockey - I started playing for the 1st time this year and made the varsity team. I enjoy it very much!
Students of Culture - since 7th grade. This is a club at my school that works to bring awareness to issues involving diversity, culture and ethnicity.

Community Service:
I have volunteered at local schools for special needs children for 40 hours and counting. My little sister has severe epilepsy, so helping other disabled children is very important to me. I organize various fundraisers for my little sister's school. Lastly, my friend and I have started a service group at school where we tutor children at inner-city schools.

Yeah, I think that is about it. I am planning on including DVDs of me dancing, singing and playing guitar with my application. I am half Ecuadorian, so that may work in my favor a little bit! Oh, and I am a pretty strong writer, and I have a GREAT English teacher, so my essays should be pretty solid. My teachers all love me, so hopefully my recommendations will reflect that!

Thanks for your time!

BUMP please!!! Any thoughts/opinions would be greatly appreciated.

So you posted a while ago, and I was wondering if you could help me with the Deerfield Short Essay:

So the short essay question for Deerfield this year is:

What is the most important piece of advice you have ever received and what role does it play in your life? Please limit your answer to 1600 characters (about 300 words).

I literally have no idea what to write, mainly because I can’t think of any important pieces of advice that will make me POP OUT. Do you have any ideas? Thanks!!
