Chance Me Please...I have no idea where I stand...

Hello, Im pretty confused on where I stand on my list of colleges. My GPA kinda killed me but I took the hardest classes offered :/. Any feedback will be extremely helpful to me
3.48 GPA UW, 4.0 W,
2180 SAT, 32 ACT,
Subject tests: 760 Math 2, Lit 710
I live in Massachusetts
I am an Asian Male
I can pay OOS tuition(Seemed to be asked that a lot)

Throughout High school I have taken the hardest courses offered. My junior schedule consists:
AP Statistics
AP Euro
AP Psychology
Honors Chemistry
Honors Calc
Honors English
Spanish IV

My Senior Schedule Consists;
AP Spanish
AP BC Calc
Honors Lit
AP Econ
AP Lab
AP BIO
AP Computer Science

Extracurricular:
4 Year Lacrosse- 1 Varsity( I play for a top 20 nationally ranked team)
2 Year cross country- 1 year Varsity
3 Year Catholic Youth organization Basketball
2 Year Youth basketball boys basketballl Coach

2 Year French Club
National Latin Honor Society
1 Year Student Council
Community Teens 4 Years- President Senior Year( Basically a club that does community service- I have over 200 Hours)

So in your opinions, what are my chances for schools like:

All of these are doable. Only low reaches are UVA, UNC, and UCLA. Hope I could be of help.

I agree with the above poster. Most of these schools are matches for you. Does your school rank?
And how good do you think your recs and essays will be?

UCLA/UCB are Reaches with your GPA. You will need some amazing essays to boost your chances for these schools. GPA is king with the UC’s.

You do have a bunch of reach schools on your list. Your GPA and scores are low for UCLA, UNC, UVA, UIUC (CS), GA Tech, etc. Your GPA is your major issue for these competitive schools even with rigor courses. CS at UIUC is particularly competitive and the admission rate is even lower than some Ivies.
