Chance me please-international w/low sat

Hey! so I’m a senior and was wondering if you guys could please please estimate my chances for the list of colleges that I have applied/planning to apply?? I unfortunately have that “international” status and double the luck, is that student who needs LOTS of aid (+scholarships)

I am currently on H-4 Visa and our green card process was applied recently!
As my mom holds H1B visa, we are expecting it to come out by mid 2017 ->>> Which is why I am planning to hold my H-4 visa, following our attorney’s plan.

For the information, my stats are not the greatest either…eh My gpa is 4.17W and got 2000 on SAT (710+650)
Took AP Biology, AP World, AP US, AP Lang before and r taking AP Chem, AP Econ, AP calc AB and AP GOV currently.
Got 5’s on both AP world+AP US but other ap scores are um. just around the tolerable levels.

Colleges that I’ve applied up to now is :
UVA
Rhodes College
Colby College
Emory University
Gettysburg college
VCU
Virginia Tech
Illinois Tech
Boston University
Oberlin College
Illinois Urbana
University of Toledo

ALSO the main reason why I’m kinda signpost this is because I NEED to decide additional colleges that I am apply to. MY MOM won’t let me to apply to any more colleges!!! (even tho application fees are waived b/c of my fee waiver) becasue of transcript fees and sat score fees. She is allowing me to only apply to 1-2 more, but not more than that ((

So can you guys help me to choose between Unviersiy of New Orleans, Rutgers ( I contacted them and they still accept applicants), and Truman state university?

I am planning to become a pharmacist in future but as long as the tuition works out fine, I am totally fine with any colleges. Have any of you guys heard of these colleges??? please give me suggestions! I need to decide it by tomorrow if I am planning to apply or not.

Thanks

College is pretty expensive and expenses will go up over your time there. If you need so much money, could you not go back to your home country for college? Where are you from?

im from Korea. I don’t know. I would really like to go to college here in US.

Pharmacy schools are expensive and are typically not funded, so you need to spend as little as possible. Pharmacy it is a saturated market so jobs will be very competitive; you need to keep your costs down in undergrad as much as possible.
