Your SAT's are good enough as it is I think.. That said, I think a pretty good chance.. But then again, I am no adcom.. So, all the best!

You're a low-income URM with an extremely high SAT and good ECs. Just make sure your essays are really good, and try to distinguish yourself in honors/awards, and I'd say you're in. You should apply SCEA.

Why are you taking the SAT's again?

I always thought you were supposed to take your SAT's 3 times, and I got a 7 on my essay the first time I took it.

The fewer times the better

Your SATs are high, if you wish take them again but you don't have to. You seem like you love math and science a lot so I would consider doing some science/engineering EC over the summer such as Research or MITES. I think your chances are very good, and I would advise you to apply to MIT and Cornell as well...schools that would probably suite your interests well, you are very likely to get into, and very prestigious.

Why is Stanford your dream school?

your test scores are amazing but your class rank not so great, dont retake anything, worry about your school work, bulk up on APs, us minorities dont have to match up as much to our asian and caucasian counterparts

The computer science there is really good, and I just love California in general. I also know a few people that go there and I've heard good things.

I'm trying to take as many APs as I can know, but I didn't take AP English...was that a big mistake?

it'd be really odd if you don't accepted. You're the first URM with a 2290 SAT score + AIME
