I have a really complicated high school resume. I'm currently a junior and so far I've lived in a different state each year. For my senior year I am studying abroad. My gpa sophomore year was awful due to the transition I had to go through.

9th: 3.8 (3 honor classes)
10th: 3.0 (2 honors, 1 AP)
11th: I will most likely get a 4.2 (4 honors, 2 APs)
(also retaking the SATs)

EC:
National Honor Society(didn't have it in either my freshman & sophomore year high school)
Key Club 3 years
French club 3 years
DECA 2 years
Debate club (vice president)
and more......

Community Service:
9th-Equestrian Center for disabled children
10th-Tutor at Local Library
11th-American Cancer Society volunteer at local cancer center
11th-current Local Library
so far: 180+ hours

My dream school is Boston University.
The schools that I want to go to as well are:
UC Davis
UC Irvine
Fordham U
UCONN
U of Washington
American U
U of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Will colleges understand my gpa for sophomore year? Also, if i study abroad next year I would have to finish all my classes online to graduate and those classes wouldn't be AP or Honor level classes. How will colleges look at that? (BTW, the study abroad program is a fully funded scholarship by the U.S. State Department that very few high school students are able to get throughout the U.S.)
