Their ■■■■■■■■ you. the only place you have a decent shot at is UCSB and maybe UCD. everywhere else i would say is a long shot. UCLA and Cal are beyond reaches.

Sorry to hear your loss too. No for sure to Cal, LA and SD.

UCI, UCSB and UCD you might have a chance. I know your major is not impacted but your GPA is quite low and it is only going to get harder every year. There might be other factors that change it like your essay or ECs (if they actually even look at that). So I think there is a small possibility you might get into one of those three. Good luck.

I think you are in at UCSB, UCI, and UCD. UCSD probably no. Berkeley & UCLA very very very slim. Keep the faith. You might want to consider going another year to boost your stats, pending you do not get into the institution you desire. Good luck I hope you get in everywhere you want to.

Sorry to hear about your loss. And I agree with CaliforniaMatt. You should probably consider to stay for one more year to boost your GPA. Good luck with everything.

Stay for an extra year. boost up your GPA though, try getting a 4.0 this semester, take a summer class and try to get an A in that, and get another 4.0 in the fall 2011 semester and then apply. I am sorry for your loss though.

If you do all that this year, getting a 4.0 in all your remaining classes, I would say 30-35 percent chance for Berkeley or UCLA.
