My grades had risen from Freshman to Junior year, but it fell a lot in senior year. (English is 85 and Math is about 85 ~ 88 (not sure yet), and other grades are not out yet, but I expect other grades to be B+ or A-)

I have very good recommendation as well from my two teachers, who called me "persevering" and "have great work ethics".

I also had good interview from Duke alumni, who told me that I would make an "earnest Duke student".

The thing is, I am not sure if my slipdown in my grades at my senior year, would ruin my chances. By the way, the reason it fell down is that I was doing biology research (didn't win any competitions) and I had four APs (english, Calculus AB, US government and Biology). I also have low pre-calculus average in my second semester of junior year (88) and low grade in Calculus AB this year (probably 85).

I am applying to Pratt engineering school and should I still hope or should I just assume that I would get rejected.

Please help me out!
