Chance me please?

Hi I'll be a senior this fall and I'm very interested in applying Early Action to NEU. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me a heads up whether or not I should bother.

My GPA is a 93 (not sure if that's weighted or not, just what my guidance counselor told me). My extra-currics are very strong with an internship at the Obama campaign this summer, founder/president of the French Society, founder/vp of the Spanish Club, president of the ping pong club.
My senior schedule will be strong with AP French V, econ, cp math, health science, AP english lit, Middle Eastern Studies, technical theatre, Spanish IV, and Asian studies (NO SCIENCE)
I'll graduate with 25.5 credits, 7 of them are language (4 French, 3 Spanish)
I'll have around 300 community service hours between interning, Big Brothers/Big sisters, and volunteering at a summer camp
608 on the US History SAT subject test
4 on the APUSH exam
680 reading, 670 writing, 480 math (hoping to bump by 100+ in Oct)

If you need more info, let me know. Thanks

Well you won’t get in with those SAT scores, unless you have something else spectacular to offer. I am not sure that 100 points is enough either. You shouldn’t have any scores below 600.

I forgot to add that I did a 9 day job shadow in Paris at two different middle schools as an English teacher. Thanks to my two jobs, I was able to pay for this on my own. I made living arrangements over Facebook with my former French tutor who now lives in France

That sounds like an interesting experience. Just work on your SAT - practice every day until you get your math score up over 650. You can still apply for EA and they will consider your new scores when they arrive, even if it is after the application date.
