Chance Me Please

I just want to know my honest chances for going to this school; it would be my number one choice but my grades aren't stellar compared to others.

Extracurriculars: I've been in the school marching band for four years and am now a section leader, I've been in the drama club four years, I've been in Journalism for three years and I founded the Online newspaper in our school (programmed, designed, edited it) as the Executive Online Editor, I've volunteered at a local youth group for years, and I've played in all local sports leagues since I was six years old.

Work: I've worked as a Customer Service Rep at a local grocery store since three years ago.

I'd appreciate any information regarding Vanderbilt admissions that could apply to me.
thanks

“Chances” are really hard to predict, that’s one thing I’ve learned in the past year.

The best you can do is to compare yourself to the VU student profile (see [The Vanderbilt Profile | Undergraduate Admissions | Vanderbilt University](Vanderbilt At A Glance | Undergraduate Admissions | Vanderbilt University)), keeping in mind that the 2013 stats are even higher than the 2012 ones currently shown. Admission to VU has become increasingly competitive, so advice would be the usual: apply, but have alternatives in your list.
