Chance me Please!!!

I am currently at a moderately competitive science/math state school on a full ride in Texas and I want to try transferring to schools like Cornell, Uchicago, Duke, UPenn, Swarthmore, and UT Austin. I'm currently a freshman in college and I'm looking at applying after the fall semester of my soph year.

College Stats:
Chemistry 1: A
Chemistry 2: A
Psychology: A
Sociology: A
Rhetoric: A-
Exploration of Humanities (honors): A-
Macroeconomics (honors): A
Readings in foreign film and politics (honors): A
Exploring Theater (honors): A

Note:I am specifying A minuses here because my school gives an A- (90-92) a gpa score of 3.66. I do not know whether or not this will hurt me, will the schools I'm applying to disregard this and give me a 4.0 because I have all A's?

Will be taking:
Biology 1, Organic Chemistry 1, Physics 1, Govt 2, ...etc.

High school & misc. stats:
low gpa but good test scores: 3.4 gpa with 2230 SAT, 790 in math
took mostly ap and ib courses
IB diploma
Varsity Soccer
Doctor-shadowing experience in both USA and another country (I'm pre-med)
100+ volunteering hours
Created my own tutoring business, used it to raise $1500+ for charity
National Merit semi-finalist

Note: Currently in no clubs/organizations in college. Now that my first semester has finished and I'm comfortable, I'll join orgs and i plan to hold leadership positions when I apply for the transfers in a year.

Any thoughts on my prospects? I am currently a Chemistry major but I will probably apply as something that is easier to get into at these schools.
