If someone could please chance me on the following schools, it would be greatly appreciated!

UCLA, USC, Berkeley, Wisconsin-Madison, Washington-Seattle, Cal Poly SLO, Ohio State

Transferring from 2nd best community college in California (with regards to transfer rate)
Major: Political Science
GPA: 3.43
Completed units: 51
Current units: 19

Work experience: Currently work 2 jobs, one of which I have had since 2010. 30+ hours/week.

ECs: Secretary General/Treasurer of my Model United Nations team at my college. Have won 3 national team award, 3 national individual writing awards, 1 team regional award (competed against Berkeley, Stanford, Claremont McKenna). Travel to Washington DC and New York, spoke in the United Nations General Assembly Hall. In April I will be "chairing" at a national conference in New York (big deal for us MUN nerds :D )

Volunteer work: Tutoring elementary school students in math and history. Babysitter and cook at local homeless shelter. Total 4-5 hours/week.

Hispanic, single mother, low income, first generation college student.

1 essay for each school explains my low grades for my first year, resulting in my current low GPA. (This semester I got a 3.83, which shows that my prior obligation really did take a toll on my performance). My first year of college I became a full time caretaker for my ailing grandfather.

Any input is appreciated, thank you! :)
