Chance me please.

<p>Im freaking out over my SAT score.</p>

<p>SAT-1860
Maths-670
Writing-610
Reading-580</p>

<p>I know I could have done better, and will be giving it again in December. BUT, i got waitlisted .-.</p>

<p>If i am not able to retake the December SAT, do you think my chances will be good?</p>

<p>My academic records: I follow the British System and am an International student, but I carry an American passport, and therefore, I am a regular freshman.</p>

<p>O Levels:</p>

<p>English Language- A*
Maths- A*
Pure Maths- A*
Physics- A
Accounting- A
Bengali- B
ICT- C (I got really high on theory, but the practical was very low as the pc's were outdated and had tons of bugs. Only one person got an actual A in this exam in the entire city)</p>

<p>A Levels:</p>

<p>Maths- A
Pure Maths- A
Physics- C</p>

<p>There are no A* in A levels.</p>

<p>I am applying for computer science which will give me a B.A, which is kinda weird o.O</p>

<p>I was just wondering what you guys think of my chances of being accepted. I love the university and its my top choice right now, but my sister keeps telling me my SAT is too low for any University. Im also applying for the UC system Uni's- LA, B, SB, SD and I.</p>

<p>My school results are B's and C's, but apparently as I have a huge upward grade trend, the Universities will take that into consideration a lot. Anyway, I was just wondering if there is a chance I will be accepted, and if you have any thoughts about the UC Universities, I'm open to listening to anything. </p>

<p>p.s- my top choices are UW and UCI.</p>

<p>I’m a freshman here at uw. Not sure how the grades translate bc I’m from the U.S., but my SAT scores were very similar to yours when i applied last year, and i had a 3.5 GPA. If you were somewhat involved with extracurriculars and wrote good essays you have a decent chance. </p>

<p>Well I have been the drummer for a band for about 4 years. Played tennis in a local club and participated in 1 or 2 tournaments for 4 years. Played golf in a club for 4 years(no tournaments as I didnt have membership in the club). And finally I started a new band where I am the vocalist. The last one i started at the end of my high school year, and I’m taking a gap year btw. People said my essays for UW were great or at least very good.</p>
