Can you give some more information about yourself? Stuff like your test scores (SAT, ACT, etc.), race, maybe AP scores, what AP classes you took, gender (which I can infer that you are a female), etc.

Your GPA is on the low side, and your rank doesn’t do you any favors, but you mentioned that your school is very competitive, so that might be okay, but I am not sure.
Your course rigor looks good, a good number of APs and Honors classes shows your diligence.
Your ECs suggest that you are very passionate in music, which is common for an Asian, but isn’t a bad thing (if it were, how would Asians go anywhere?). It shows that you are serious in music, and likely to pursue a musical activity even in college, and schools like that.
Your SAT score looks good for RIT. In fact, your score is on the higher end.
I’m not sure if your AP scores will play a role into your admissions, but congrats on getting a 3 and a 4.
Overall, I think you have a good shot at getting into RIT. Your GPA and your rank are the two main concerns though. (Especially the rank.) But I am not an admissions officer, so you can disregard anything I wrote if you please.
P.S. Because of your rank, you will most likely not receive merit scholarships from RIT, but look into that for details.
I think you look pretty good for RIT, though some of their programs are a lot more competitive than others. Did you by any chance visit? That may help.
