Hello all! I am applying to these schools listed above, plus some safety schools like UCF, FAU, and University of Miami. As you can tell, I’m a Florida resident.

Ethnicity: Caucasian
Intended Major: Computer or Aerospace Engineering (I know - quite different fields).

GPA: 3.9+(UW), 4.44(W) (Pretty sure it’d be close to a 4.7 since we report A’s instead of A-'s)
Class Percentile: top 10%
SAT: Haven’t taken - am taking it Nov 7.
ACT - 33 (E: 32, M: 32, R: 33, S: 33)
AP’s: Sophomore Year - Biology (4)
Junior Year - AB Calc (5), Statistics (5), Lang (4), Chem (3 - not reporting. Literally the shittiest teacher I’ve ever had)
Senior Year - BC Calc, Lit, Physics C E&M & M, Comp Sci A
Awards: Top 10% of class 9-11, AP Scholar With Distinction, A Honor Roll 9-11 (Can’t say anything about 12 since I’m a senior).

Extra Curriculars:
-Baseball (9, 10) 10 hrs/week, 23 weeks/yr
-Computer Building for peers + family
-Paid Umpiring - (9,10,11, 12) - 8 hrs week/ 12 weeks yr
-Volunteer Umpire - (Fall season of 9th grade - worked paid after fall) - 8 hrs week, 4 weeks/yr

Assume my essays/personal statements/recommendations are atleast decent.

I’m not an admissions officer or anything, just a mom, but I think you have an excellent chance of becoming a Gator! My daughter is currently a senior at UF and my other daughter is in the process of applying there and elsewhere. You have a very well-rounded resume that includes both excellent academics and community involvement, and I think that’s what most colleges are looking for. Whatever happens, just try to trust that you will end up at the school that is best for you. Good luck!
