Transfer to umich Lsa would be a dream.

Credits: 44 completed but 13 in progress
Bio major
In a few orgs no major roles in them. Working on gaining volunteer experience. Would umich even glance at my app or just toss it? Should I retake courses the next semester to bring up my gpa since transferring out of my public university is my goal? (for various reasons.)
Does having more than 60 credits hurt my chances of getting in?
