Chance me please!

I’m a high school senior and I’m applying to Stanford & MIT (reach schools); Cornell, Rice, Harvey Mudd, & UMichigan (my “match” schools, I realize most are still kind of a stretch); & UAlabama and Michigan State for my safeties. Just kind of curious as to what you all thought my chances were

Some stats:
GPA (as of junior year): 3.97UW and 4.34 W
Rank (junior year): 3 of 327
ACT: 34 composite (I can’t remember the writing score though)
SAT: 1490 composite
SAT subs: Chem-790, Math II-770
APs: Chem, Calc BC, APUSH, Macroecon, & English lang all 5s, 3 on world history,
Currently taking Physics C, English Lit, US Government, and Stats

Extracurriculars:
NHS (since sophomore year)
Youth alliance comittee (since sophomore year)
Robotics club (since freshman year) (team captain this year, past two years we qualified/went to World tournaments)
Photography (since freshman year)
Guitar (since like 6th grade)
Designing and building (since around 5th or 6th grade)
Over 300 volunteer hours in the past two years with a semi-regular position at a local nonprofit organization (trying to get the Michigan Student Service Award)
Thank you!

The only real match you have is UMich. All others besides your safeties are reaches. Good stats, but your ECs are average. Write good essays and hope for the best. Good luck!

So I’m kind of confused, I’ve only heard other’s ECs described specifically as average or alright but not great or strong. What would constitute stellar extracurricular activities (not that I can really change my own at this point)?
