<p>I volunteer to tutor middle school Spanish students 1-2 hours a week, have been for 2 years.</p>

<p><strong><em>Work Experience</em></strong></p>

<p>Work at a private company that develops practice standardized tests (MCA's) for Minnesota (grades 6,7,10,11) and helps struggling schools meet goals that grant them government money, I make many of these tests which are currently utilized by over 100 schools in the state.
*Extremely good letter of recommendation from boss.
*Volunteer MANY hours to assist schools (all struggling minority schools) in implementing these tests
*I also do some complicated data analysis and stats for the company.</p>

<p>your gpa is shaky and by looking at your SAT scores, you might not have a great chance at making BC, possibly waitlisted (I know it may seem wierd, but check out the BC forum). You'll get into Wisconson, BC(maybe), and Wake Forrest, due to good SAT scores <em>raises affirmative action sign</em>. Northwestern and uChi might be reaches for you. Make sure to write stellar essays for uChi.</p>
