By the way, anyone wants to read my Supplemental essay?

wow, the ECs are mindblowing. but then again, it's funny how you squeeze 4-5 activities into a weak. especially the athletic commitments. you may want to consider explaining or focusing on the ECs you were most proficient at.

i attend a high school (uber competitive private @singapore) where 95+% of the students get 5s in multiple APs (you can count the number of fours in any paper with one hand), so the three is well...

sat 1 M is fine but if you've got the time, consider retaking to pull up CR + W. sat 2 M is fine but sat 2 chem + chi, may not really help you out. retake if possible. then again i just noticed eng is not your 1st lang. is it your language of instruction in high sch btw?

and last question, keep in mind caltech's admit rate is really small esp for internationals (oh, and i suspect they have no aid for internationals), so what're you going to do if you don't get the admit?

so sorry, i thought by CIT you were referring to california institute of technology, untill i saw this was a cmu forum. anyway, except for the last parahraph most of the comments still stand.

Thanks for the replies goingforcolumbia.
First of all, I won't need any financial aids.
Second the reason I squeeze4-5 activities into a week is that it is just out school system; our school do not offer sports activities through out the year.
And yes, English is the language of instruction at my high school.

by the way goingforcolumbia, do you mind reading my Supplemental essays and give me some feedbacks? I welcome harsh criticisms.:)

I hope you get into Columbia. I really do!
