However, in high school i achieved the following:

Freshmen year: Honors Bio and Honors English
Sophomore: Honors Chem and Honors English and AP Spanish
Junior year I had all IB classes, as well as this year (senior year). I had 4 IB HL classes Junior year and I have 4 IB HL classes both years and 3 IB SL classes. 4 IB HL classes is the maximum allowed.

AP Spanish test I passed with a 4.

I have been on the basketball team at my school all four years (including this year), as well as have done ballet and piano. This year I will graduate from piano getting my diploma in it. I did track for one year (sophomore year).

I’ve been in key club all 4 years of high school as well as a club called Best Buddies.

I also have 200+ hours. I’ve done two parties for a less-priviledged country in which i’ve collect over 5,000 dollars and this summer I attended a mission trip in the Dominican Republic. I also went to Haiti my junior year with my father and the hospital he works with to operate on babies there.

I got honor roll junior year both semesters as well a the Scholarship award 2nd semester. I have a reason as to why I performed poorly in school the first two years, I have ADHD and was not diagnosed until the end of sophomore year and I did much better when i started with the ADHD pill junior year (that’s when i got honor roll, etc.).

My SAT/ACT scores are unavailable for now but I will take these tests soon.

If i do good in these tests or at least one and get good grades my first semester senior year, what is my shot?

What should I get on these tests to qualify?

I think the reason people are slow to respond is that SAT/ACT scores are such a critical component and without them it is premature to chance you. In addition to test scores, those chancing you would want to know what other APs you have taken or are currently taking.

well i’m currently in IB which is like an AP class or maybe even above AP. It is an international course and is the most challenging my school offers.

I think chunkworthy is right – you really haven’t given us enough to go on. It is premature to guess without knowing ACT or SAT scores. And your GPA (I assume it’s unweighted?) is pretty low for BC but it’s hard to judge without knowing your class rank. The upward trend in your grades, however, is a positive.

Dear alexrodriguez11 : Let’s be frank and honest with each other for a minute. When you read the tense of your profile, it seems reasonable to believe that you are a senior in High School. We are at Columbus Day weekend in your senior year and you do not have any SAT I, SAT II or ACT scores to share? With a 3.4 GPA, aren’t you more than slightly concerned that you will miss the very bottom of the BC profile by a margin? Please take some time and go to College Board and realize the scores that you need just to make the bottom quartile to start.

That GPA (a B+ in most grading systems) is NOT what Boston College is seeking. Having done some research on your other posts, NYU, Miami, and Wake Forest will also be a challenge at that grading mark.

Have you taken either the PSAT/NMSQT or PLAN tests (the pre-SAT and pre-ACT tests)? Do you have any inkling of where you might stand?

Being familiar with the IB program, have you scored any 6 or 7 totals on your IB subject exams? Are you taking individual programs (certificate) or are you completing the full thesis?

Final note : If I do “good” should be If I do “well” … classic English SAT question.

Remember, Boston College has an extremely demanding core of liberal arts. If you are not familiar with the core, please do some additional research on the BC web site.
