I'm in my second year of uni at a prestigious university and want to know if I have a chance at harvard.

GPA in college: 3.8 - on dean's honor list
extracurriculars: international affairs association, debate union, uni court member, and on a committee against discrimination on campus

but what sets me apart is that I've moved 13 times during grade school (4 times during high school) and was forced to switch curriculum 4 times because of that.
I've been on academic probation before because my principal was once thought my family wouldn't be able to afford paying for the private school I was attending. I didn't get to complete grade 8 normally as during that time I was living literally in the middle of a desert (no school, mall, or phone line... or even anyone else close to my age) in saudi. That place was so small it wasn't even on a map...
By being homeschooled that year, I was able to get into a good highschool. I've been on the honor roll for each year since then (including uni) while most students would have been deterred from academics. I graduated high school with an IB diploma and no lower than a 6 (out of 7) on any exam. I come from a low income family and have known what its like to be on welfare and watch your parents fight over $20. I'm a minority and have been through the most ridiculous "airport security measures" you could imagine.

I'm applying to harvard because its one of the very few schools in the US that offers need blind financial assistance to international students. It's also got a wide array of courses - something my current uni severely lacks. The idea of being with other students who are as inquisitive and genuinely interested in academics as me is desirable enough to make me apply even if I face a 2% admittance rate.

Please let me know if I have any chance whatsoever and what other schools (who offer international aid) I could get into.
