It will be a tough admit for all schools mentioned. I have seen people with very competitive stats be rejected by the above schools, so my only recommendation is to have strong essays.
I know a lot of RSI kids who got into Yale. Your test scores (particularly AP) could be better and it’s hard to tell how your gpa compares with the rest of your class but your science accomplishments are very strong so I would think you’d be an attractive candidate to Yale. You’re probably in at Columbia too. Don’t know about the others because in the RD rounds you’re talking 3-5% acceptance rates and anything can happen. I know more than a few kids who were turned down by Harvard over the years, but as I’m sure you know, most get into top schools such as HPYSM. Did you enter into the Regeneron STS competition? If so, good luck and best of luck with your college acceptances!
Good luck with Yale! Hope I’m wrong, but your standardized test scores are not promising for Yale, particularly when compared with the other RSI alum applications they are going to be receiving this year. Most of the RSI kids who end up actually matriculating at Yale are there because they love STEM, but want to do everything else as well, and they tend to have extremely strong applications. Might be a good idea to also look at some schools like Carnegie Mellon in case Yale doesn’t work out.
