<p>I'm planning on applying to all UCS, Santa Clara University (Early Action), Pomona College, Urbana Champaign, USC, UT Austin, Cal Poly, and SJ State. I'm not sure where I can get in because my grades aren't the greatest.

Weighted GPA from 10th-11th = 3.5
ACT = 25
SAT = 1680
SAT 2 Math = 790
SAT 2 Chem = 540 (Retaking in Nov)
EC:
Stanford Blood Center : 10th-12th (Around 115 Hours)
2 years of Basketball (2 JV, Captain, Defensive Player of the Year)
1 years of Volleyball (1 JV)
CSF (school volunteering club, 2 years)
DECA (2 years,club)
Octagon (1 year,club)

<p>You won’t get into USC, UIUC, UT UCB, UCLA, or UCSB. UCSB and UCD are reaches. UCSC, URC, UCM and UCI are all very possible! UT an Cal Poly aren’t impossible, but they’ll be difficult for you.</p>
<p>UT and Cal Poly are somewhat unlikely as well. These schools are no less selective than UCSB which, in agreeing with sec4life, is a reach as well. I also think UCI is a reach since it is about as selective as UCSB. Your SAT II math score is very impressive. Should you end up at SJSU, I think you will be very happy with their CS program and you would have some good intern opportunities if you maintain a good GPA and get involved with their networking/recruiting programs down the road.</p>
