All your comments will be appreciated. Be honest pleasseee!

...

...

={

If it's like 0% just say so

you dont need to be chanced lol....i would say that you WILL get in

my SATs are so pathetic
&& i know it's so totally random
that there's no point in asking, really

but i think everyone who does this
wants some form of reassurance

but thank you!

Its alright if you ask hehe.....your EC really make up for ur SATs...your really well-rounded just make sure you do well on your Sat II....im using this forum to find out what other people's opinions are about my current status...but I will apply to Harvard no matter what anyone says!

It seems like you just are in a whole bunch of clubs that do nothing. am i correct in saying this? I think you have just above the average chance of getting in, like 15% chance. that's good btw :) But yeah those SATs killed you. better hope your SAT IIs rock

Actually, those ECs require way more of my time than anything else. When I put an EC down, it's not because I went to one meeting and decided I was a member. It's because I have been a leader or participant in it-- and we do a hell of a of stuff i.e. community service, projects, and trips.

but I am curious-- which EC seems like we don't do anything? and why?

thank you so much, I can sleep with my 15% chance now

Well you're involved in 21 school clubs... Heavily involved in one of those is like 8-10 hours per week.

Lets assume theres 6 hours available after school on weekdays and 12 on Saturday and SUnday each, for argument's sake; this time is reserved for ECs, doesnt include homework or studying, so this is a significant overestimate. That's 54 hours. Divided by 21 clubs, thats about 2.5 hours per club per week. You can't be heavily involved in each. It's impossible. I can understand if you are an influential member or officer, but what clubs do you heavily participate in (ie 8-10hrs/week)?

most clubs don't meet every day. they meet once every two weeks and on specific days when there is a project going on.
furthermore, we have a study block every other day, and several of my clubs meet before school because my HS is very EC driven
on top of all of that, i really usually don't get home until 7-9pm but i run on very little sleep

i participate the MOST in which i am an officer, although stuff like thespian society takes up even more time; all the honor societies are time-consuming, as well as forensics, and the volunteering clubs take up a lot of weekend time.

PS (:

some of the programs, like the litigator program, were seasonal

Ok much better. I'll give ya 19.7648394% But seriously, your chances are better than the average applicant (which is definitely a feat in iteself), but no one is ever, EVER a match or a high match or even a slight reach to Harvard. If you want to know truth, search the stats profiles of Harvard rejectees of the classes of 2012 and 2013 and see the amazingness that has been turned away by the Crimson Machine. Then you will become even more anxious about admissions and depressed about how little you are compared to the 22k applicants who are exactly like you... oh wait, that's just me describing myself. But seriously, do the searches. You will find truth.

At first I thought you were kind of mean/annoying.

But I love you and your blunt honesty!
