Chance me por favor?

Cumulative unweighted GPA: Anywhere from 3.8 - 3.85, Weighted: 4.4 - 4.6 maybe?
(4 AP classes, all other academic classes were Honors except for one Regular class. I could have taken like..7 total APs I suppose, but I only took 4. I got a D in one class and I also dropped one class that was an AP so that's showing up as a C. All other grades were As except for a couple of Bs. Grade trend is upward, downward, then again upward.)

Extracurricular involvement:
I don't want to get into specific details but.. member of a few clubs, 260 community service hours, a couple of leadership positions. Overall I've not been super involved in extracurricular activities, so I'd say about average involvement. However there is one activity that should be very eye-catching.

I would apply as an Undeclared major but would probably choose something Liberal Arts/Humanities or possibly Economics or Marketing.
Also, is there a good chance of getting merit aid/scholarships at any of these schools, or getting into the Honors programs? Feel free to give your own recommendations as well for colleges you think I have a good shot at getting accepted to.

From personal experience, I believe you will definitely get into Clemson and UNC Chapel Hill. I was accepted to both and had a similar resume (my HS record is better, but your scores are much better). I don’t want to give advice for the others because I don’t have any first-hand experience with them. I would make suggestions, but I would need to know your prospective major.

Good luck!

P.S. At Clemson, the rule is if you are in the top 10% of your high school class and score better than a 1350 on the SAT, then you get in-state tuition! Saves a total of $57,000.

Thanks!

I think I would apply as an Undeclared major…but I would probably go with something like International Relations or French or maybe Economics or Marketing. I really have no idea. Let’s just say something that’s not Science or Math.

Oh…and I’m in like, the top 20% of my class. Bummer. =[
But that’s just unofficially. My school doesn’t do official rankings, so I wonder if I’d get some sort of exemption from this rule?

Anyone? I’m freaking out… are there ANY good schools that would accept with my largely unimpressive stats?

Hmm, I would contact the school and find out!
Also, your stats aren’t unimpressive… don’t sell yourself short.
