Hi everyone!
I’m looking for some insight about whether I am a good fit for the singer/songwriter major at CU-Denver. I have already been through one college application process, and I want to try to avoid rejection as much as possible. I have been writing songs since I was fifteen (I’m 19 now), and I am a decent guitar and piano player. I have also been studying voice for the past three years. My songs usually get positive feedback, but I am certainly in the beginning stages as a writer. I know that some programs want applicants that are experienced in the business and are already writing/performing professionally. Would this be an accurate description of CU-Denver’s program? I am looking for any and all possible insight.
