Hi all I’m applying to Stanford (Restrictive Early Decision) , Berkeley, Duke, UCLA, Santa Clara Univ, and Davis. What are my chances? Also, if there are any other matches you believe would fit better than please suggest them!

Decent chance but you can take nothing for granted in Stanford admissions.

your ACT is pretty weak and you have a high GPA but took a light course load, but…your EC’s for Stanford are amazing. literally everything screams Stanford. I would definitely say ED to Stanford because you have shown much interest. also, for other schools like duke I don’t think you have a great shot since your EC’s have been SO oriented towards Stanford that they will definitely know it is your first choice

^actually I take back what I said. I just reread your EC’s and they are really strong, even w/o the Stanford things nvm then what I said about duke and stuff

ACT needs some work. ECs are amazing as stated previously. Add in your income background/ethnicity and affirmative action will really give you a big boost, which I think you deserved regardless. Stanford is within your reach, but you never know with them.

You have everything going for you. Your chances are excellent. Stay humble and don’t blow it by bad behavior.
