Restrictive means there are rules on the early action. You will have to look up those rules and decide based on which schools you like best. For example, Harvard REA means you cannot apply early to any private school, but may to just one public.

your stats are good, but your ECs are limited. those schools are reaches for everyone.
tbh while you have the right stats ECs seem a little lacking for what are probably 4 of the best 5 universities in america. write good essays, apply to safeties/matches. also please dont apply to stanford scea harvard scea yale scea and princeton scea. good luck.
