Chance Me to Johns Hopkins ED, Emory EA, Michigan, Bowdoin, PITT, UT-Austin, V Tech, CU-Boulder

Also don’t understand why you’re not considering Carnegie Mellon. It’s a top Cognitive Psychology and CS school, with strong Bio and Chem. I just looked and they have a major in precisely what you’re looking for.

Congratulations on your resume so far! Definitely apply to the excellent state schools of Virginia. For your other schools, you need to ask your school for specific information on who gets in from your HS. You are below average at your school based on your gpa 4.21 and the average of 4.4, and your SAT is close to avg so does not set you apart among your peers.
Your school may regularly send kids all the way at the bottom of the class to some of the schools on your list: in fact one on there regularly admits from the all but the bottom decile or two from our HS (sends over half to top50s , but no where near 95), so you have much much higher chances than most on CC, even with a below average gpa.

Your college office should be able to tell you if anyone with your rough gpa and scores has gotten into these schools. It is just too hard for anyone on here to know. Also, are all of your junior AP scores in? Can you edit your post and add the results?
Your school is very competitive but you still will be compared to peers and in the setting of your school and previous admits.
