I am currently a freshman at a 4 year university (out of state student) and I am trying to apply as a transfer to Vanderbilt. I applied last year as an incoming freshman EDI and got rejected, but I am willing to try again. ( does that make me look better or worse that I am dedicated and persistent about transferring to their school?)
here are my stats:

HS GPA: 3.879 (my second semester grades were the best of my high school career but since i applied ED they never got to see them)
College GPA: 3.9 and 20 credits (in upper level classes 200 and 300 level classes)
White female student
ACT: 26 but I am going to retake it before I re apply

Extracurriculars: director of a nonprofit, financial director of a foundation, research position at a hospital during my freshman fall quarter at my current university, 3 year volunteer at a hospital in my home town, high school tennis, and competitive dance, published artist, on the board of an organization at my current university, and planning on joining a few more clubs this coming quarter.

THANK YOU.
