Also, took a course at tufts this summer on bioinformatics called BIOSEQ, ended with an A+.

You seem to be in good standings for admittance. You’ve shown drastic improvements in your high school career, indeed.

Your chances are good. But for your Reaches, like Tufts and Emory, you may need to write a really strong essay to show the college that they are definitely your FIRST CHOICE. (You already ED Tufts, which is a really good way to demonstrate interest.)
