GPA: 3.5 UW, 3.56 W, 3.71 UC - ACT: 28C, 31E, 27M, 29R, 24S - 1 AP (Gov) 94%

Junior year was a personal best; First semester 4.06, Second semester I’m looking at around a 3.87.

Senior Year I’m taking AP Calc AB and AP Physics B. (Although my ACT suggests otherwise, Math and Science, I think, are my strengths.) I have gotten an A in every Math (Hon. Alg. 1, Hon. Geo, Hon. Adv. Alg. Trig) and every Science (Bio, Chem, and Phys. Hon.)

Very few EC’s (Baseball Fresh, NHS, Mu Alpha Theta (if that counts), and Principals Cabinet) but a fairly decent amount of Community Service Hours.

UCM/UCR: Match
UCSC: High Match
UCI/UCD/UCSB: Low Reach
UCSD: Reach
UCLA/UCB: Mid-High Reach

UC GPA below average for all UC’s except UCM/UCR/UCSC. ACT is on target for UCR/UCM/UCSC. Low course rigor with only 3 AP classes unless school does not offer many. You need to write some amazing essays to give yourself a better chance at the Mid-tier UC’s. EC’s are average. Intended major will affect your chances. Good Luck.
