Chance me UC Schools

Weighted GPA: 4.0 (Freshmen/Sophomore/Junior)
Unweighted GPA: 3.6 (Sophomore/Junior)
UC GPA: 3.9 (Sophomore/Junior)
SAT: Haven't taken yet, but, I'm estimating around 2000-2100.
EC: Weak... I've joined a bunch of random clubs throughout the years but, usually only stood in most of them for 1 year because they were useless. I've been in DECA for about 4 years although I am not very active.
Major: Computer Science

I calculated my UC and unweighted GPA excluding PE class. As for my weighted GPA, it was calculated by my school and includes all my classes. By the way, I am a junior and the calculated GPA is assuming that my grades don't change.

Chances For (OOS):
UCI
UCLA
UCSD
UCD
UCB (Dream college, but, extremely low chance. Just wondering if I should even apply?)

I personally believe that my lack of EC will hinder my chances at any of these universities. I've joined 15+ clubs at my school but, I am not interested in any of them. I program on my free time but, I don't think that is considered an extracurricular activity because it's more of a hobby.

UCI: Match
UCLA: Reach
UCSD: High Match
UCD: High Match
UCB: Reach

You should still apply, it can’t hurt and you might get lucky.

Thanks! How important are extracurricular activities?

ECs are more important at the top UCs, such as UCLA and UCB. I know people with 4.0 UW/2000 SAT that got into UCI and UCD with almost no ECs, but their GPA and scores were above average of course. With little ECs and an OOS status, UCLA and UCB are reaches. UCSD is a low reach with a 2000 SAT. UCI and UCD are high matches.
