<p>I'm an international student- born Taiwanese but grew up in Cambodia and goes to an American school.
My unweighted GPA is 3.7.
I have a very low gpa on freshmen year: about 2-3, but from 10-12 grade, my GPA is 3.8.</p>

<p>I have taken 4 AP classes onlu throughout the whole high school year because my school provides only 4-5 AP courses per year (some are repeated).</p>

<p>My highest SAT scores- Critical Reading 650, Math 600, Writing 600- total of 1820.</p>

<p>What are my chances of getting into UCLA, Berkeley, NYU, and Penn State?</p>

<p>Can you be full pay at all of these schools? </p>

<p>for NYU, if you arent going into Stern, then you have decent chances, but with that SAT score, UCLA and Berkeley seems like a reach for you… also where are your ECs?</p>
