Chance me UCs, USC, NYU

Ive had a bad freshman year with a GPA of 3.33/3.5. Ever since then, Ive had a upward trend sophomore year being a 3.83 average and junior year being a 4.5 average.

My stats:

UC GPA: 4.07
Weighted GPA: 3.89 (freshman year counted for)
Unweighted GPA: 3.61
SAT: 1450

APs taken/will take:

Physics 1
English Literature
Comp Sci A
Psychology
Calc BC
Environmental Science
Macroeconomics
Statistics (Maybe)

ECs:
Varsity tennis
Tennis coach (paid)
USC Summer Program
Treasurer of School Club

Im not going to go into complete detail of my profile, but based on these stats, what do my chances look like for UCI, UCSB, USC, UCLA, and NYU. I am a legacy at USC (How much does this help???) Also, assume my senior year, I will match my junior year (4.5 weighted, 3.83 unweighted)

Intended major?
Upward trend is good and USC legacy will help. You have competitive test scores so depending upon major, all schools are possible. Make sure you have some safeties and a few solid Match schools. All these schools are tough admit and considered Reaches based on acceptance rates. Do you plan to play tennis in college? Being recruited?
Freshman admit rates (2016) for UC GPA of 3.80-4.19:

UCB: 14%
UCLA: 14%
UCSD: 44%
UCSB: 54%
UCD: 58%
UCI: 65%
UCSC: 85%
UCR: 94%
UCM: 96%

My intended major is Business Administration, Economics, or Financial Math and Stats depending on the school. I am applying to a non-impacted major to each school.

I am only good enough for D3 tennis. As of now, NYU is the only school on my list that is D3, so I will consider contacting the coaches there.
