Chance me UCSC?

Hello, I am an IB student from NM and UC santa cruz is my top school. My father works at LANL (considered in-state), and I would like to be chanced Here are my “stats”:

All IB classes in 11th/12th
3.5 UW GPA
3.83 UC GPA
29 ACT
Hospital Volunteer/Shadow
Elementary school volunteer tutor
Basketball Player (talked to the coach, said I could tryout)
“Personal Safety Club” founder
Filmmaker
two black belts in two martial arts
Very good essays

First Major: Bioengineering
Second Major: Human Biology

Please tell me what you think my chances are/should I pick a different major?

Thank you so much!

Freshman admits with UC GPA if 3.80-4.19
UCSC: 83%

I would say UCSC is a Match school but since Bioengineering is a competitive major, definitely not a guarantee.

thank you, so If not admitted to bioengineering, can I still be admitted as a human biology/undeclared?

In UC application, you can apply to first major and an alternate major from lists across departments

I know, but if I choose human biology as my alternate major, and lets say im not accepted, will this affect my chances of admission into the school?
