Chance me? (UF and others)

<p>Please chance me for the University of Florida!
I would also like to be chanced for FSU, UCF, Rollins, Fordham, and Tulane, but UF is my top priority.</p>

<p>Random Info:
I am an IB student and attend one of the top schools in the country.
I am Hispanic.
I am male.
I am considered a first-generation college student by most, since my parents achieved their degrees in Cuba.
My college essay for UF has been reviewed by a past English teacher and my current Theory of Knowledge teacher, and they feel it is very strong and effective.
I will be majoring in English. In FSU's case, I will go into the Creative Writing branch of the English program.</p>

<p>Academic Info:
Weighted GPA: 4.017
Class Rank: 52% (Top 48%, meaning top half) It's low, I know, but my school's rankings are kind of askew because of how high some people's GPAs are.
All my courses, even electives, have been within the four core curriculum, with the exception of IB Music.
Highest SAT scores:
Reading- 670
Math- 620
Writing- 680
I have taken 2 IB exams, Biology and Music, both of which I have passed with 4's.
AP Courses:
World History
European History
Human Geography
English Composition
English Literature
United States History
United States Government- Currently taking.
Macroeconomics- Will take during winter semester.</p>

Odyssey of the Mind (12th Grade)
Future Business Leaders of America (9th and 12th Grade)
Classical and Acoustic Guitar (8th to 12th Grade) 1-hour weekly lessons.
Tennis (11th and 12th Grade) 1-hour weekly lessons.
Dade Sports Soccer Coaching- I coached an Elementary School soccer team through two seasons with two other student coaches. 150 Community Service hours per season, for a total of 300. </p>
