Chance Me - UMich LSA - UWIsc - Vandy - UWashSL - USC - Boston College

I’m a junior at a very competitive prep school, nationally known.
Our HS dropped AP and class rank long ago.

My stats:
GPA: 3.6 uw and trending upward (9th GR was weakest)
ACT: 34
SAT2 Math 750
SAT2 Spanish 740
I’m interested in the business school track but could also start with Economics in a liberal arts school.
I’ve spent a great deal of time and effort in real business settings, learning from mentors.

XC’s
President - Investment Club
Contributing Editor - School newspaper
Varsity - 2 Letters in baseball and X country
Orchestra - 4 years violin, 1st chair junior year
Extra coursework - summer course in business & finance at an Ivy U

Summer work: 3 summers working at different ad agencies and digital media shops
Also working with founders of a start-up in the financial technology sector (intern during school year)

Community service - international service trips to Honduras and Nicaragua with major aid agency (100 hour certificate)
Local food bank work throughout the year.

Thank you!

Low GPA for these schools (possible exception for UW-M, I’m not sure, but it’s more selective OOS). Depending on which prep school it is, that might make up for it. There’s really nothing to say except that you’re in the ballpark, and no one (except an admissions officer) can accurately predict you (or anyone else’s) chances at these schools.
