What is your state of residence?
Your list is reach heavy. If any of the publics on your list are in-state they are likely a match (UCLA a reach in-state, maybe UVA too if from NOVA).
Make sure to spend time to identify a handful of match/target schools, and have at least one safety that you would be happy to attend.
I would also recommend you take 3 subject tests for Georgetown, as they are ‘strongly recommended’.
Good luck.
Home state is KY. Any suggestions for OOS match schools would be appreciated!
The more you can narrow the search the better.
-Preferences in geography, setting, size, major, Greek life, school spirit?
-Could your major possibly be art?
-If you have to apply to a college that requires applying to an specific school and/or major what will you choose?
-Does your school use Naviance?
-Do liberal arts colleges interest you?
-Even though you won’t qualify for need (are you sure?), can/will your parents pay $75K/year for school?
Here’s a start, pending additional direction wrt the questions above:
Possible matches: U Richmond, U Rochester, Villanova, CWRU, Bucknell, American, George Washington
Highly likelies/Safeties: Any interest in U Kentucky? Syracuse, Miami Ohio, Clemson, Pitt
To be more specific - Do you need merit money to make college affordable? If so add Alabama and ASU to your list. Safeties and scholarships there with your ACT/GPA
Agree!
And if you do end becoming an NMF, UF will move to the highly likely category, probably a near safety.
Merit money would be nice but full pay is an option. Was hoping UF would be highly likely.
