I am an A-levels student from Nepal

SAT: 1310(690 maths + 620 English)

Cumulative GPA: 3.9 on a 4.0 scale unweighted- there is an upward trend in my GPA
Class rank: Top 20% out of a graduating class size of 150

ECAs:

150 hours of CS through Leo club and other organizations
Taught for around 60 hours in Rural Schools
Did a fundraising program for flood victims
Did a fundraising program for Amputee basketball players
Helped in Post earthquake reconstruction

Interned for two weeks at one of Nepal’s top IT firm, in the Sales and Marketing Department

Executive member of the business club, and math club at school- recently hosted a math quiz for Grades 6 to 9 at school.
Treasurer for the Film and Graphics Designing Club at school.
Member of the theater club at school- participated in one of school’s major production in the lead role
Class Monitor for 2 years in Grade 9 and 10

Will be participating soon in the Global Entrepreneurship Boot camp

Some of my volunteering acts include:
Volunteered as a cashier at the Face Painting stall in my school’s literary fest.
Co-Leader for the volunteering group at the school’s major theater production.
Volunteered as an umpire in junior’s cricket competitions and as a lines man in soccer matches at school.

Graduated school with the 3rd Highest GPA(in a national school leaving exam) in school-here in Nepal we graduate in Grade 10, and enter high schools for two years,after that we go to universities.

Best Conduct winner at school in Grade 9 and 10- this award is given to the student with the best class performance

Won several in-school spelling bees, debates,and quiz contests

From teachers’ comments during their meeting with my parents, I reckon that they are going to write a good recommendation for me.

PS: Shall I apply to the above listed colleges in the same order or shall I just remove University of Notre Dame and do an ed to Villanova and ea to northeastern?

Your SAT is low for all of the schools. You will want to up it to around 1400 at least for Villanova as Villanova’s average for new SAT is around that. ND would be 1500 plus

I would contact your admissions rep for these schools if you are able to before Nov 1. While the acceptance rate for EA is typically higher than that of RD, the admissions office may advise you to hold off and apply RD if you think you can re-take the SAT and get your scores up a little. Or take the ACT
