Will I get into College of the Holy Cross, Boston College, Boston University, or Tufts University? I want to be a chemistry or biology major.

Okay, so here is an overview-
Freshman year, i didn't exactly think i was good enough to do well in school and i didn't take any honors classes. This got me a B average. Sophmore year i took 3 honors classes and the rest were regular. Now for what counts:
Junior year, I took Honors Biology, Honors Chemistry, Honors English, Honors U.S History, Honors Algebra 2, and the rest are regular classes.
Senior Year: AP Biology, AP chemistry, AP English, AP Anthropology, Honors Pre-Calc, Honors Physics, and the rest are regular.

I am only a junior but ^ those are the classes i KNOW i am taking next year. Currently, in my junior year, I have a weighted 3.8 GPA, but i know with those AP courses, it should go up. I haven't taken SATs or ACT yet.

As for extra curriculars:
Hundreds of volunteer hours
Interact Club
Philanthropy Group
Pink Ribbon Club
Big Brother Big Sister
Action Team (Volunteers of America)

If you dont think I will get in, what are some good safety schools to apply to?
