Alright, so I've decided on my safety schools (IS ASU, BYU, and TAMU), and am now researching OOS schools that would potentially give me full tuition or full ride scholarships (as opposed to the half-rides I'm in line for at two of my safety schools.) I'd be going into business, with a focus in quantitative analysis, informational systems, stuff like that. Hoping to then go to grad school for a Business Analytics degree, which is why I am looking at these otherwise insanely unaffordable schools (my dad doesn't want to spend >25K a year, and these are all 60K net price, with little or no aid, even after my sibling enrolls in two years). I plan on dropping a Uni from my short list if my chances of getting a big time scholarship are small there.

Rec letters:
Teacher 1: Gonna be stellar. The guy trusts me to the ends of the earth, he's entrusted me with final exam keys, test keys, student grade reports...I'm always up and attentive there. Straight A's in that class (history).
Teacher 2: Don't really know who'd be my 2nd teacher. None are as standout as #1.
Other: Camp Counselor from aforementioned Russian camp, has known me and seen me mature into who I am now for the past five years, can vouch for my Russian language knowledge. Has a Psy.D from Moscow State.

So yes, now for the schools and scholarships (sorry if there are so many, it's just I believe now is the point I weed them out by merit aid probability. My senior year chance threads will be much shorter.) Feel free to chance however way you want, although do explain how you do it. :p
