Not trying to be critical, but just giving suggestions; You need to describe your profile in a bit more detail.
Check out other ‘What are my Chances’ Threads, they list location, school, ethnicity, GPA, all SAT/ACT scores, Courses you’re taking/completed and grades, and many extracurriculars.

I’m assuming you have done much more, but with a weighted GPA of 4.04, your unweighted is likely lower than average and, along with your ACT score, will likely hurt your chances.

Also, how large is your class? I find it surprising that you’re in the top 10% with a 4.04, but it could just be me.

If that 4.04 is out of 4.33, it would be pretty damn good.

USC uses unweighted GPA, so that is a more useful statistic than your weighted GPA.

runninglover,
Your ACT score is low for SC. Do you have time to retake that exam? Do you have any special talents or unique experiences that make you stand out from other applicants?

As it appears now I would say SC is a reach for you.

Retake the ACT. If you can get a 31+ you’ll have a shot
