I didn’t apply ED because I may potentially get a full ride from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for National Merit, and I wasn’t ready to commit to Dartmouth considering that possibility (especially since med school will be so expensive). Without the incentive of a full ride from U of I, though, I’ll pick Dartmouth if accepted. :)</p>
