Chance me :)

I'm 15 years old & I'm about to complete my sophomore year.
My accumulative G.P.A is around a 3.4 or 3.5, due to a C in an Honors English Course my Freshman year. (Which I'm hoping will be weighted or to something of that effect.)
I'm in the Upward Bound Pre-College program, and this summer I will be taking Biology on college level at a West Virginia State University. I do a lot of community service such as canned food drives, coat drives, etc. with Upward Bound.
On my first ACT I got a 24 composite with a 30 subscore in Reading.
Next year I plan on running track and adding a lot of programs such as Upward Bound to my schedule.
I also have a job at a hair salon.
What are my chances of getting into a really good school such as Duke?
What schools would be good for me?
I still have a lot of time to improve my ACT and 2 years to bump up my G.P.A
All comments welcome. :)
Thanks!

Below thirty puts you in the bottom twenty five percent of their freshman class for composite. A twenty four sets you way down with twenty three being in the bottom two percent.

Just by looking at that you’ve got a long way to go.

If you can somehow get your GPA to over 4 and get a 32+ ACT youll be good

Thanks! I do have a lot of time for improvement.
& My high school’s grading scale only goes to a 4.0. So is there no hope for me or will they understand that my G.P.A is high according to our scale?
& I think I can for sure do way better on my ACT. My math score is the only thing that brought me down.

Every admissions officer reads in context to your situation academically and personally. If there’s reasons for your relatively low marks, make sure they know that. More important than just your grades is your rank/percentile in school, though. Almost all accepted students to top schools like Duke rank in the top 10% (although there are some exceptions) of their high school class. ACTs and SATs are just a measure of general intellect – you can get in with a low score, but the middle of the road is typically around a 31-32 for the ACT and 2100-2200 for the SAT.
