<p>Heya,
White female in NYC orthodox parochial school (with a dual religious and secular curriculum til 5:30 pm or so), graduated this past year and taking a gap year to live abroad. </p>

<p>GPA: about a 3.9 unweighted, my school doesn't weight grades so I'll have to figure out the math of it later. My school doesn't rank either, but I suspect I'm in the top 10 or 15 percent.
APs:
APUSH, AP Euro, AP Psych, AP Eng Lang, AP Eng Lit: All 5s.

US: 730</p>

<p>ECs:
Samberg History Fellow at the Center for Jewish History
Editor in Chief of our Literary Magazine
Editor in Chief of annual yearbook.
Founder and President of Student Council, then a Representative the following year.
Capt of Debate Team (for one year)
Starring Role in production in 10th, and then Narrator/Master of Ceremonies in 12th.
Leader of religious youth group on the weekends. </p>

<p>National Merit Commended Student.</p>

<p>Hoping for UChicago (my top choice!) Barnard, Emory and Barnard.

<p>Thanks, but I cant retake the SAT, I’m abroad next year and I won’t have access to a test center…:/</p>
