Your rank, ecs, and awards are all very impressive, but you didn’t give us full info, namely:
“Expected” SAT scores may very well be different than what you actually get, especially if it’s your first time taking it. Not many international students will get in without very high scores in the verbal and writing sections.
You didn’t list any sort of GPA (though your grading system in Australia may be different, which I would respect). However, without a GPA or a grading system, your rank is meaningless.
What are your SAT subject test scores? You have to take at least two to be considered for admission, to my understanding.
Also, will you need financial aid? I do not believe Dartmouth is need-blind for international students.
I’m not the one to judge chances even if you provided all this info, but you should include it for others to be more helpful.
However, you seem like an excellent student, and you will do well wherever you go. Good luck!

International “Dartmouth College is need-blind for all applicants. Financial need is not considered as part of the admissions review for any applicant.”

Oh, thanks for clearing that up…I wasn’t totally sure on that (most schools aren’t).
