Thanks for the responses. I chanced you back btw

My friend got into Cornell with way less

Haha good to know! Do you know what school he applied to because their business school has appx a 10% rate of acceptance

You seem like a very good match. Thanks for doing my chance post as well. Good luck

I think he did Bio… But he was fantastic at biology. His other classes were still solid but he got a 7 on the IB bio exam, 5 on the AP, 800 on the bio subject test(s) of the SAT and his parents both have doctorates in bio sooooo

Oh good for him. Since Dyson is in cals and has bio requirements (and the fact that i want to minor in marine biology), ill be talking AP bio next year.

Penn State (Smeal) Match
Great stats! Good luck! :)

While your GPA and EC’s look great, I would say the only thing not so great are your SAT scores-
Especially for Math II, try to get 750+, 800 would make your app even better.

I would say match for most schools other than Penn and Cornell, which are reaches for everyone (maybe apply ED?)
And Northwestern may be a high match

Yeah unfortunately I had an injury that kept me from taking math II (since its one of the faster paced of the subject tests) so I only took US. I’m expecting around the 750 I predicted but I’ll be taking lit and math II after some prep over the summer to improve my scores. Considering I’ll have much more time to prep specifically for these, I’m hoping that I’ll be scoring in the 750+ range for both.

Also, I forgot to mention, I won the predicted community service award and just received a scholarship and two tuition free college classes of my choosing over the summer so that will be another aspect that I feel might be worth noting.

Thanks for the chances so far and to those reading this right now, I will chance you back (if you chance me first haha)

I think you have a solid chance.

Thanks a lot! Which school(s) are you referring to when you say that though? Haha
