I am the only student from my highschool that is in the dual enrollment academy, out of 556 in my highchool class.
Being in this niche program makes me question where I stand, what is UT going to look for in my case?

Impressive. You have seemed to have done as much as transfer students regarding the engineering courses. You will definitely be a competitive applicant.

Test scores and Gpa are a little light but your other factors should help.

JorgeFlores

GPA doesn’t matter, especially weighted. Dual credit classes often weight less than AP/IB, and students in dual enrollment have lower weighted GPA by default.
Lower scores in English can be because of ethnicity, so it’s not such a huge deal.

National Hispanic Institute (2013 National Champion) looks very impressive. What is University of Texas Outreach? If it’s something “underrepresented, first generation”, you are in.

Yes UT Outreach is a leadership program taking top 10% students from low socio-economic hispanic highschools and prepares them for college and gives guidance and trips to help become admitted to UT. National Hispanic Institute is a similar program targeting top acidemically performing latinos internationally (US ,Mexico, Columbia, Ecuador), and is a mix of leadership, community service, debate, and politics (Latino JSA). I am a operations staff member in my local NHI chapter.

I will be taking the SAT again om March 8, I have prepared to bring my math up to 740+ to help my engineering admission.

your ut outreach collaboration and strong engineering bg/accomplishments will help you out a lot…
make sure you do really well in calc bc and physics c… these are importatn classes…
try to push yourself up in rank and sat…
and write solid esssays
