Major: Physics/Mathematics

Reach:
Yale
MIT
UChicago

Match:
University of Michigan (In-state)
Michigan Tech

Safety:
Kettering University
Oakland University

pretty good stats, your reaches are reaches no matter what. MIT might be a little turned off by your math subscore but thats gonna depend on your major (if its engineering might be tough to get in). Since your stats are top notch as are those schools, you definately have a shot (would be improved if you do ED on one).
Matches - Seem good, I think you with your EC and academic record you should have no problem at all getting into at least one of your two, both would not surprise me.
Safety-admission not a problem, shoot for a nice big scholarship.
Good luck, chance back?

Yale - Reach
MIT - Reach
UChicago - Reach

^^ These are reaches for everyone. Your test scores are ~25th percentile and your GPA is slightly low for these schools, but you have a chance.

Match:
University of Michigan - Match
Michigan Tech - Safety

Safety:
Kettering University - Safety
Oakland University - Safety

I would put a few more matches on your list. It appears to go directly from ivies to safeties. Pick a few more about as prestigious as UMich.

What would you consider on the same level as University of Michigan? The reason I am staying in-state is because of tuition but if they have good financial aid I could consider it.

I don’t know much about colleges in Michigan. A few schools of that prestige would be Tufts, NYU, Emory, Occidental, etc.
