Those are currently my top schools, if I even have a chance.

<p>Both are low reaches/reaches. Your class rank is really low for those schools and the ACT is low, especially for UMich oos.</p>

<p>You need to increase your ACT score for those schools.</p>

<p>Raising your ACT will significantly boost your chances, but your GPA and rank are going to hurt you. Definitely still apply though.</p>
